At Outpost of Oddities, we are committed to delivering your products in the most efficient and timely manner possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the important details.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details.
- If there are any delays due to high demand or inventory issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, and unforeseen delays (weather, holidays, etc.).
3. International Shipping
- International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.
- Please be aware that customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s status.
- You can also track your order through your account on our website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We only ship to physical addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We do not ship to some remote or restricted areas; please check with customer service if you have questions about shipping availability.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
- Please keep all packaging and photos of the damaged items, as we may need them for the claim process.
7. Address Changes
- If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at outpostofoddities@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships. However, we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been dispatched.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, we are unable to process cancellations, as the order may have already been shipped.

- We partner with trusted carriers, including carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc., to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
